Setting Up RSS Live Bookmarks In Firefox
Before moving start up the Bookmark Manager window by clicking on Manage Bookmarks in the Firefox menubar option(see Diagram below).
With the Bookmarks Manager window open, click on File in the Firefox menubar, and select New Live Bookmark in the drop down menu(see Diagram below).
This will open an interactive window where you must key in the particulars of the site whose RSS you wish to track(see Diagram below).
If you’ve keyed in the correct RSS link Firefox takes over from here and creates a Live Bookmark that contains the RSS entries. You can make this more accessible by moving it to theBookmarks Toolbar Folder so that it will appear right there on your browser window for quick reference(see Diagram below).
The RSS updates in real-time and now you have a quick reference to the latest entries on your favourite RSS bookmarked web site. Clicking on any of the entries will link you to the story on the web site.
